Lead Recovery Systems provides software and automation services delivered digitally. This policy explains when refunds may be issued.

1. 14-Day Risk-Free Trial

You will receive a 14-day trial period to evaluate the system.

If you decide the service is not the right fit, you may cancel your subscription before the end of the 14-day trial to avoid any recurring subscription charges.

2. Subscription Charges

Because the service includes a 14-day free trial, refunds are generally not provided once a billing cycle has started. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the trial period ends if you do not wish to continue using the service.

3. Usage-Based Charges

Certain features of the system incur usage-based costs, including but not limited to:

  • SMS messages

  • Phone calls

  • Email sending

  • AI services

  • Phone number rental

These charges are billed based on usage and cannot be refunded once consumed.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support.

When a subscription is cancelled, access to the system will be paused at the end of the current billing period and the system will no longer be active.

All automation workflows, websites, communication tools, and platform access will be suspended while the account is paused.

If you wishes to restore access to a previously cancelled system, a £250 system reactivation fee will apply to cover the work required to restore and reconfigure the system.

Reactivation fees apply to any account that has been cancelled or inactive for more than 7 days.

We reserve the right to permanently remove inactive systems after 90 days of cancellation.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside of this policy may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of billing errors or technical issues.
